Rent Credits Reduce Your Purchase Price
A substantial portion of your monthly rent payment will be applied toward your purchase. Many mortgage lenders will also allow your accumulated rent credits to be applied toward your down payment, potentially eliminating the need for a large down payment when you purchase.
Low Move-In Costs
Upon move-in, you'll need the first month's rent, a relatively small security deposit, and a down payment equal to about one percent of the purchase price. It will be reflected in your option to purchase agreement as option consideration money, and is applied 100% to your purchase price.
